The CAVS Spring Benefit Silent Auction is open for bidding!

At the Spring Benefit, those that can give help those that can't. The pandemic we are enduring has affected many things, but it cannot take our community spirit away from us. Together we are building the resources for tomorrow's challenges.

Our Silent Auction fundraiser has over 65 items. There is something for everyone, from charming distractions to soaring adventures. A sample of the available items:

The following is a schedule of closing times for all auction items. All of the closing times will occur on Saturday, May 16, 2020 (tomorrow).

The schedule has been designed to enable each bidder the ability to prioritize and plan their bidding, we are looking to create a smooth closing process for our Spring Benefit.

5/14 - Spring Benefit Silent Auction opens for bidding!  opens at 12:00 am

5/15 -Spring Benefit Silent Auction open for bidding.

5/16/20 -Spring Benefit Raffle Winners to be Announced at 7:00 pm

5/16 - Last Day of Spring Benefit Silent Auction. Closes at 9:00 pm

Click to view all items or browse by category to acquaint yourself with all the fabulous experiences, certificates, wine, home items, and much more! . Once you have registered your credit card you may start bidding.  Bid from anywhere using your computer, smartphone, or tablet.  You will receive text messages to update you on your bidding status, so check your phones for important notifications.  Good luck!

Please note that your credit card will be charged if you complete a purchase or win an item. If you would like to make other arrangements for payments over $5000 please contact Mrs. DiMarco at [email protected]  or call 909-982-9919 Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. 

Auction Item Pick Up

If you are the winner of an auction item, the Spring Benefit committee will deliver the items to your home, unless you decide you'd like to pick up items at the school on a mutually agreed upon date and time. We will call you on May 18th to arrange for delivery or pick-up times.  For tickets, certificates, and gift cards, we will arrange to mail your items to you. Thank you for your support!


COVID-19 -Please note, many items in this auction are experiences or events that will need to be planned with the donor or CAVS in advance.  Due to current CDC guidelines, some of the experiences will have to planned once the experience is permitted, with group gatherings etc.. If tickets for an event are cancelled, due to COVID -19,a refund will be offered to the bidder.  We appreciate your understanding but the health and safety of our students, families and staff are the highest priority. 

A Special Thank You

Thank you to all the parent volunteers and CAVS staff members who have dedicated so much of their time and talent to make this a terrific online event!   We are planning for great success, in spite of this pandemic.  We want to thank our Board of Trustees, Cathy Edwards, Head of School, CAVS Staff, community businesses, and the Spring Benefit Chairs and Committee who have supported this first online virtual event.

The CAVS Spring Benefit Raffle is Now Closed 

Thank you to all our parents and community members who participated in the raffle. Over 170 tickets were sold!  Thank you and good luck! 

We will be announcing the raffle winners on Saturday, May 16 at 7:00 pm.  We will send you a link to join us live for the drawing with Mrs. Edwards and our famous mascot, Cougar!  Watch your texts and emails for updates. 

  • 1st prize- Tuition Voucher for One (1) student for the 2020-2021 academic year
  • 2nd prize- Childcare Services Voucher for One (1) child for the 2020-2021 academic year (valued at $2,000)
  • 3rd prize- Tuition Voucher for $500 for One (1) student for 2020-2021 academic year

Raffle tickets are available to purchase through May 13, 2020. They are $200 each. To enter into the drawing, fill out an entry form and return it to the school with your entry fee. You may purchase as many tickets as you wish. All entries and fees are due by May 13, 2020. Tickets cannot be purchased on the CAVSBENEFIT website due to rules and regulations. On Saturday, May 16th, a drawing will be held to select the three prize winners. Naturally, there are terms, rules and conditions, which may be viewed at cardenarborview.org.
